??? That makes no sense, I doubt 99% of PS3 owners even know what you are talking about.

@evsondey PS3 is taking the lead. X360 had the best 2006 games and is still holding onto that, but so far right now for 2008 PS3 has had the better games. PS3 is also leading X360 in sales. The two games for X360 and what all X360 owners are waiting and waiting for is Gears 2 and Fable 2, but you don't need an X360. Just get them on PC.

I've been trying to decide for a while on which system to get. I like the xbox 360 and I do think it currently has better games but i also think that the ps3 easily has the potential to become a better system. I would just like some help choosing maybe some pros and cons. As for games im getting when i purchase either system im almost definitly getting either gta iv or nhl 09 as my first game and their both multi platform.evsondey

Based on those 2 games, GTA 4 on the 360 will be the better choice if you are interested in the exclusive downloadable content, and since NHL 09 isn't out yet, i dunno about that. Sports games have generally been better on the 360, but i'd say it's about even now. Just look at lists of games for the two consoles, and if nothing gets your attention then you can't go wrong with either one.

Cons : RROD :evil: , pay to play on-line, expensive console

PS3 Pros: free on-line, Reliable

Cons: expensive console

your individual preference of exclusive games is the main decision point that you have to make up your own mind about. I personally prefer the 360's exclusive games.

DUDE!!!!!!!! It's Not that big of a Decsion JUST GET A 360. Sure u may have to pay for online WOW! 50$ a year not a lot of money plus it is cheaper then a PS3. If you only play Sports games like Madden get a PS3 Because that is all there good for but for ANYTHING ELSE GET A 360!!!!! the graphic are also about the same! 360 360 360 360 all the WAY!

Or you could just say. Do you have enough money to be able to play online? And get all the other crap that microsoft makes you purchase? Yea, just for a PS3. At least the online is free, and how the hell could you compare it? Which has better online service, NDS, or 360?

There you said it yourself, potential. The 360 also has the potential to leave the PS3 in the dust. It is a gamble no matter what you pick. I'm only trying to help you out. Go to www.gametrailers.comlook at each systems library of games, you make your decision off of that. That is really the only help I could give you.

Get a PS3. So far it has more games last year, this year and next year as well.;)

PS3 for reliability and free online. Im on 360 #4 and its starting to screw up now..Im selling out of all MS stuff and going Sony within the next 6months...Cant wait really.

Juat go for a PS3 its region free , play blu-ray movies , free online , its library keeps growing and getting better games and save 199$ later for Xbox 360 arcade version if you want to play 360 games after all all the good games 360 got are old games and there isnt any other good games coming soon and they might never come and it will break alot iam on my 2nd 360 now and I regret getting the 2nd one its collecting the dust right now in my closet.

For reliability issues..Its no better as I have had multiple hdd mess up an lose my data...NOW my graphics card has screwed up and no longer shows the color green..And as far as gaming goes, its no better than any console unless you care about the millions of useless mods.

Get a PS3. Really good games are coming out soon and there are already a lot of good ones. Plus free online and a blu-ray player. I like the first party games on playstation more than the ones on 360. The only reason I bought a 360 was for Mass Effect.

Well seeing most of the post on these threads are biased let me help you:

If you plan on playing online alot, are strapped for cash, are more interested with multiplats, and want a more diverse system then choose a 360.

If you have alot of money to spend, are a movie freak, and like FPS, Adventure games, and platformers then buy the PS3.

If you still don't know what to buy, then chosse the cconsole most of your friends have. Hope I help. ;)

ps3 all the way we have better exclusive msg4 god of war 3 kingdom hearts 3 (if announced) little big planet killzone 2 resistance and much more free online. yes 360 has a reliable live but so does ps3 as long as you have a good connection you shouldnt worry. variety of games 360 yes, but its been out a 1 year already when ps3 came out now its has all the games 360 has execpt the exclusive which are crappy. halo 3 overrated gears of war 2 same **** as gears 1 fable 2 and left 4 dead is the only good exclusive out. if you 360 fanboys know anymore more good exclusive tell me or try to shut me up. ps3 gets all of 360 exclusive we got mass effect 2 and bioshock from xbox so you really cant say any other good ones. we have blu-ray which won the format war wide variety in features and low failure rate. do you want to buy at least 4 360 or rather just buy one reliable ps3 which as a low failure rate our fan is loud as 360. 360 fanboys answer me this what does the 360 that ps3 doesnt? nothing that is we have everything 360 has but better and ps3 is still rising with the number of games coming out for it. microsoft can only copy other companies. a new motion sensor we had that ps3 and the wii already 360 fanboys are always saying that the games on the ps3 suck but if they got ported theyll be happy has hell ps3 is a better and rising console you should get it

Both have good games out right now (many of them multiplatform) but when I look ahead at potential purchases/games that just look good...

And honestly, if your on the fence and want to see what is coming up for the ps3 and/or 360, wait till next week (e3) to make your decision. Get a good idea of what exactly the potential is.

The ps3 look at npd numbers the 360 drop the price and still the ps3 outsell it. the 360 need to drop to 110 bucks to be competiive again. the future of he ps3 look bright.fjburgos
