I had dreamcast, GC, PS2, and xbox. played xbox waaay more than the others. have a 360 and wii now, will get a PS3 at some point, but right now there is NOTHING compelling me to buy one. Home doesnt do it for me, DMC is multiplat, MGS might be. The only thing that would make me buy one is if they do LBP right
I was more of a sheep when i was younger so i got a Gamecube. My bro bought a ps2 but i hated it. So then I got an Xbox for Christmas and that was by far my favorite, which is why i got my 360.

The SNES was an awesome system: Donkey Kong Country 1,2 3, Killer Instinct, Final Fantasy IV, V, VI, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario RPG, UMK3, Super Metroid, Super Mario World, etc., etc.

I never really got into those games. Absolutely hated that system. :) Not a very popular opinion among gamers I must say.
Between my Xbox 360 and Wii, i actually play on my 360 more, and not because of the supposedly glamourous graphics. No, i even play a lot of arcade games (Currently playing thru the Inverted castle in Castlevania SOTN) Long before i bought the 360 i had owned the following consoles: Xbox, PS2, Gamecube, DS, Dreamcast, (I did have a PSP with a few games...but didn't play on it as much as my DS, so i sold it, then waited for the X360) Also have a Playstation, N64, and the greatest console EVER to grace the 16-bit era...the SNES, did also have a MegaDrive/Genesis and a Gamegear. I personally like any console which has games i'd like to play, it's just that, i wish they'd STOP!!! spewing out so many rehashes, and Enhanced tech demos of games to promote consoles, and actually concentrate on getting us some more action and fresh content, instead of doing EAs nasty habit. Seeing more sports/Racing/and Shooting titles (Especially WWII) than i can actually count really gets old like 2 years ago
I owned a gamecube till I went to my buddys house and saw DOA3 in action... That pretty much sealed my gamecubes fate and I moved on to XBOX.... PS2 never did anything for me. I liked MGS2 and GTA but not enough to buy the console. XBOX is hands down the best console nobody bought....
right now i have a xbox360 and Wii and am planing on buying PS3 when Warhawk comes out or if that game isnt as good as the lastest trailer shows it to be, then when a price drop accures; 600$ for a video game console is still a lot of money, dont bring in the BD argument because i dont plan on watching movies on the videogame system
I had a gamecube, ps2, and an xbox. Before that I had a N64, and a Playstation. And I got a 360 because I liked my xbox slightly more than my ps2 and gamecube.
