Im begging you to read this article and be skeptical because what I'm about to put on the table will blow your mind. I had a 360 for about 4 years got the rrod three times the third time taking it back msoft fed me some bs saying the rrod fried the graphics card and the motherboard which Microsoft said the wouldn't cover I loved my 360 and after one month without it totally lost intrest moved on to bigger better thing (ps3) it's been three years and I was over my friends house the other day and he turned on his 360 didn't play anything just downloaded some crappy dlc. But then I found my self researching prices on 360s. So I am absolutely convinced that the spinning green circle on the front of the 360 is a hypnotizing wheel. No joke this is a problem this must be why people are still buying last gen hardware for next gen prices or why they actually think that xbox live is any different them psn. My god people break the curse placednon you. You have to be sick of halo by now

My suggestion to all 360 owners continue to play your 360 and for one month cover all! Of the light indicators on your controllers your kinect and your xbox 360. If it's related to xbox in any way cover all blinking lights. And in one month if my theory is correct you will acknowledge halo jumped the shark and xbox live gold is not worth 50 bucks a year. Right now I'm testing this on myn ps3 just in case but there's not many blinkin lights s I think it's good. Please post your results I hope to here from you in a month unless Microsoft kills me and deletes this thread in which case gulp :-)

LOL, you might have something here. I sold my xbox and am kind of missing the green lights. But like you said ps3 is bigger and better things. The best games for the 3rd generation in a row. And we all know Sony makes the best electronics. The brand is associate with high quality, microsoft is only associated with improper business practices to try and monopolize the industry. Arent they sued every week? LoL

Be careful TC. The PS3 is actually worse. It's CPU, the Cell, holds the ancient power of the Cell-Naga. It emanates a low-frequency signal that speaks directly to your subconsciousnes. Sony has found ways to use this signal to turn many of the PS3 owners into midnless fanboys! Beware!

Um... no thanks. I never liked Halo from the start and am not too big a fan of Gears and Forza. But there is far less on the PS3 to interest me than the 360. And hell, maybe you should cover whatever system you love for a month and try a Wii or something.

Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Motorstorm 3 (or is it 4 now?), LittleBigPlanet 2, Killzone 3, Ratchet & Clank 4 (?), Sly Cooper 4, Syphon Filter 4, Twisted Metal 8, God of War 3... Yeah, Sony sure does originality better.

Hm lets see every single one of those ps3 games you named off have enough originality to be totally remolded for the new generation, and always have much loved new features and a lot more epic story lines. Name one new feature in Halo 4's story line or gameplay that will change the franchise, do the same with gears, and forza just so its fair - metal gear solid- first metal gear on ps3 no sequel even in works - Uncharted 3- Epic storyline great run in gun experience for the ps3 - Resistance 3- has us continually wondering how the humans will ever beat the chimera back and constantly changing main characters prevents staleness. - First Motor storm -first great racer for ps3- 2nd- i will admit didn't bring much- 3rd brought 3d to the second game - and motor storm apocalypse brought a completely new racing style to the table Little Big Planet is a great hit and the second gave us player created games an amazing genre to say the least. - killzone 3 a lot of new features including move jetpacks better online decent storyline, which fills in some gaps still making users want more - ratchet and clank - ok do I have to justify it its ratchet and clank you just have to play it, it is a continually evolving plat former and one of the greatest for the playstation brand. - Sly Cooper 4 will be the first for ps3 and based of it ps2 popularity deserves it chance in the big leagues. -never played syphon filter - twisted metal will be the first on ps3 and has the largest cult following of any game, and has so many new features and so many new game modes - God of War was always meant to be a trilogy we'll see how much farther it goes Xbox argument - halo4 has not evolved since halo 3, halo 3 alone had like 3 of its own mini stories, halo wars was a joke , halo 3 had terrible graphics i doubt they've gotten any better halo 2 was by far the best and I'm pretty sure xbox live stopped support on it. - Gears of war was a fun run in gun, second focused too much on multiplayer not enough on story and features, and I don't even know whats going on in the third all i know is I'm pretty sure Marcus is dead yet he's on the front cover? -forza 4 just does what most racing games do, better graphics harder controls so there which is more original

I guess after reading that I'll just say 360 with XBL fees sure seems to drive some of the ummm, farm animals batty here in SW but just in case, I'm affixing mah trusty tinfoil hat right now. :twisted:
