X-box 360 vs. the ps3 hmmm

I want to get eaither a ps3 or 360. My problem is I dont want to mess with the red ring of death. My parents also dont let me plar M rated games so No way ill get resistence for the ps3. I could probably convinvce them to let me play halo and gears 2 though.

Im thinking the 360 is the way to go. I just figured out there is a 3 year warenty with the red ring of death.

• LittleBigPlanet
• Motorstorm Pacific Rift
• Warhawk

It doesnt matter. Its basicly the same thing. For the most part their lirbaries have been very similar and the exlusives on one arent that different from the exclusives on the other. Yeah Killzone 2 is a great shooter So is Gears 2. PS3 does have slightly better exlusives. 360 is cheaper. PSN is free online 360 cost money. I think there are more people on xbl than psn. In the long run Playstation 3 is the better thing to buy. Xbox 360 is cheaper at 1st but after 2 years of owning a 360 and paying for xbl by the year you have spend as much as you would have spent on a ps3 initialy and you wouldnt have to pay for your online games. Of course this is all assuming your getting the system new if you are willing to purchase a used system then PS3 used all the way. but if u need something new i would go with the 360

Don't ask in system wars, polls tend to be heavily biased towards the PS3 all the time.

Go with your gut, what games interest you, what are you looking for in your gaming experience, what games do you want.

I went with the 360 for many reasons but I always had the intent to own both and I still do.

The 360 makes you pay to play online, it has failures galore, MS controls everything with it which makes you get less for upgrading the HDD for your money and othe rthings. The 360s exclusive games ahead are non existant. The PS3 is awesome and has tons of great exclusives in store like God of War 3, Infamous, Gran Tourismo 5, Metal Gear Solid 5, Killzone 2, Little Big Planet, Ratchet and Clank, Motorstorm, Uncharted, Heavy Rain, MAG, and much more.

If he were smart he'd stay away from MS systems. I regret trying the 360 and I'm so so glad I dumped that system when the PS3 came out. Thank you Sony for saving me from that lame machine.
