Xbox 360/Halo3/Now vs. PS3/UT3/Later Need a Quick Opinion

Im deciding to trade my 60GB PS3 with Resistance(bought it for $400)

for an Xbox 360 Premium(2 months old I think) with Halo 3/1 Year Xbox Live.

Im not sure why I wanna do this, I like the PS3 better in terms of the upcoming games, But the xbox 360 is what my friends have and there are more current games out

This is an issue for many people right now, Im definitely going to buy a PS3 once I get my money going again..

Im definitely losing money it seems(to me) But I wouldnt mind hearing some unbiased opinions.

Even though this IS System Wars, it doesnt mean there cant be people here that are completely Fanboys(Alot are).

Xbox 360 = bestgraphics, upgradable, best games, higher install base than PS3, XBL, NOT AFFILIATED WITH SONY
PS3 = best graphics, yeah that's pretty much it... No AAAE's yet this holiday.

definitely keep your ps3 and just get a 360 when you have the money for it. it makes no sense selling your ps3 for a 360 and then buying a ps3 again later on.

edit: if you are wondering, Halo 3 is worth the purchase of a 360 by itself

I would say that since your friends seem to have 360s, I would get that.

I would either keep the ps3 and get a 360, or sell my ps3 now with plans to buy one in the future. I think the 360 is the strongest stand alone console but pretty much anyone would be kidding themselves if they don't think the ps3 will carry its value in the future.

I'll probably be picking up a ps3 when God of war III comes out. Until then, the 360, to me, is absolutely the best console to own. The nice thing about the ps3 and games like MGS 4, is it doesn't matter when you buy then because they are single player. You aren't going to miss out on playing online or get behind in the games.

The 360 is the console to own and eventually the ps3 will make a great complement to it.

Magneto just got his head cut off by the jack of spades :( But yeah I agree Ill add Magneto pretty soon.

If you knew that Ive had 2 Cores and 1 Premium(Sold them all) Im like this, I trade off things for something I want without using money.. Because money really isnt somethin im rolling in right now, My friends are talking about a Halo 3 team and they will be System Linking

From Halo/Halo2 thats all me and my friends used to do. It was amazing, So far all ive put into my PS3 is Def Jam Icon(beat it)

Resistance(havent beat it, decent online) and 9 PSN Demos, whats the use of demos really? They just tease me :( Ive played the Skate demo atleast 8 times.

Thats Obviously a good point. It not just because my friends have it, To be honest with you I dont have many friends anymore. Girlfriends have them whipped like no other. But I have a few that are playing Halo 3 as a team and it seems very interesting to me

Plus it seems most of the upcoming games for PS3 are on Xbox 360. I think its personally retarded

Yeah this is a pretty weird/stupid choice for me to make, Ive made plenty of them before. I really want to get Halo 3 in my hands

Halo 2 and Counter Strike 1.6 is all I used to play O.o
