Yeah... they're suing WAL-MART and MICROSOFT
and asking for 50,000 dollars?!
That fact and the date of the fire (December 2004...) really jumped out at me.
Some places didn't get it till that time ... yet is is oddd seeing as Wal-Mart is American .........."The fire occurred in December 2004 when the Xbox 360 didn't officially launch until May 2005, so the lawyers for the family might have got that wrong when designing the suit."

The console didn't come out until November of 2005... in fact, they first started promoting it in March of 2005.
Am I missing something or did the fire happen almost a year before the 360 launched?
