I cant remember which state it is, but on the news it said that the state was allowing people to turn in pistols, and low calibur weapons to receive Xbox's, and automatics receive PC's. So Xbox's are helping lower crime.
My roommates 360 causes crime all the time... it robbed him of 50$ just last month so he could continue to play gears online.Â
