xbox live down again

Again it is down again and again and again.

I hear people are saying , yes but this happens on psn also. I really doubt it happens this much though, which is 2 times a month on average , for the whole evening

I also wonder why is this happening, is it ddos attacks? the latest outages weren't claimed by anyone.

Or it is microsoft who doesn't know to keep a server online?

I would still take Xbox live over PSN going down for weeks.

is a long time ago though but you're right, weeks is not bearable if you're a gamer and that is your main platform.

PSN and XBL are always down for me, thanks to the fact that I don't have either.

Been on all day. Lol. No problems here.

I've only been offline once on my xbox one since launch. Then I just play the other 700 games I have across multiple systems.

Bungie.net also reporting destiny being off on xbox one and everyone are crying about it there

Don't get why either side is happy when a network goes down; I'm friends with an awesome guy at Uni who is barely a gamer and he loves his PS4, absolutely lovely guy and it sucks if he can't play the games he enjoys just because a service goes down over nothing and has to see morons gloating about it.

What? I had just finished playing South Park (finished the game btw too) and I had been playing for almost 4 hours, and not even for a millisecond was I affected in any way.

Maybe it only affects those not signing in beforehand.

I don't use the online service on either of these systems, but it's always funny to watch both sides sling poo at each other while defending their precious networks.

It's online services, you don't need xbox live to play games but you need it to play online, or play games that you bought digital and dlc.

Digital and dlc is not affected though, but online gaming is.

Quick question was the network down during the day or the night? The reason I ask is if it was downing during the day I think it was the people at MS doing maintenance work but if was down at night then well you got a whole different set of problems. Also how long was it down for.

XBL goes down more frequently than PSN but PSN stays down longer. Pick your poison.

So there are seriously multiple people on this board that don't know who Snoop Dog is. I think it may be time for me to leave this whack ass board. I can't believe this. The man did a COD voice over pack just a couple of years ago. He's in Old School and some other movies. Not to mention his legendary music career. I just don't get it.
