Any code drop from PC to both consooles should perform better on PS4 without problems.

Naughty Dog, Guerilla Games, Santa Monica, Ready At Dawn, Quantic Dream, Media Molecule etc will be usiing that extra power. PS4 exclusives will shine even more than PS3 games did. Also you WILL see diffferences. There is reason why only the PS4 versions of most muliplats have been revealed so far...

Microsoft has a pitiful first party. Crytek can only get Ryse to 900p and Dead Rising 3 wiith "dynamic resolution...that is what moneyhatting 3rd parties gets you.

Exactly, Sony has an extremely talented first party. Just look at the games this gen, Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, The Last of Us, and Beyond are fantastic looking games that are beyond anything we've seen on Xbox 360 graphically. Imagine how big the difference will be next gen where there actually is a significant difference in power.
