Xbox 360 > Xbox > ONE.Remember getting Xbox 360 within months from launch and getting Dead Rising, Crackdown,Gears of War, Saints Row and Perfect Dark Zero all together along with the 360.Then many other awesome games as Halo 3, Fable 2 ETC followed in 360 years :)

Well?

Xbox 360.

That choice is made easy by the fact that it's not the Xbox One.

That's like asking which One of mah beautiful triplet daughters is mah favorite. They're all just as saweeet as can be. Most certainly head and shoulders above those neighbor girls, they're like crazy, ugly, SW farm animals, comparatively. lolol :P

All 3 have had Forza games on them therefore there is no winner.

Xbox 360

I just believe that the UI of the Xbox 360 sleek, fast, and easy to use without advertisements....the UI in Xbox One is not even close to the Xbox 360 and cluttered with ads.

The one which you are able to RIP audio files and add them to game soundtracks.

I didn't own an original Xbox when it was big. The whole modding thing seemed pretty cool though. The 360 was good except the whole rrod thing. I ended up buying 4 360s by the end of that generation. And the Xbox One, well... It's alright. The "s" model having UHD playback is its saving grace.

I guess I would have to say the 360 is my favorite solely based on the fact I was able to justify purchasing so many. I'm currently only at 2 Xbox Ones, 3 by years end.

Xbox 360 is the logical choice winner!

But seriously, the 360 had it all, back in 2005, it was the first tie MS had a really good console, the 360 is still one of my favorite MS console and I enjoy it way more so with games like Halo 3, Reach, ODST, Gears trilogy, Ninja Blade, Lost Odyssey, and much more. I love just about all of XBA games as well. Xbox 360 wins!

It's sad the Xbox One is a huge step back to it's little brother 360.

The Xbox had nice variety and MS was actually trying. With the 360 the bro-gamification of the console started and introduced some of the worst rip off practices to the industry ever like paid online. It also had the worst hardware ever seen in mainstream gaming. The One is just the culmination of the bro-gamification of the brand and a sorry excuse for a game console to the point where games seem to be in third or fourth priority place.

Xbox One is my favorite. Free games, lots of free DLC, sharing XBL gold with your family members, twitch app etc.

Now give or take, there are a few things I miss about 360 like Gears split-screen not having black bars and Halo actually having split screen, but I find these trivial as I play mostly by myself.

And I never owned a og Xbox, only played them at kiosks.

I'm enjoying my Xbox One but I preferred the Xbox 360.

The 360 had a variety of games that I really loved and while there are many games on Xbox One that I also love, the number and variety haven't quite matched 360 yet.

I dont really have a favorite, and I never owned the Xbox OG. All I can describe is how feel this Gen, and I'm enjoying myself immensely just like last Gen.

The gaming experiences are better overall on XOne, nothing on the 360 is as good as Forza Horizon 3 for example, it absolutely crushes Horizon 1 in scope, features, online performance.

Overall the online has been better for me on the XOne, party chat is much clearer. Services with clips capturing and such are great. I love how I can play many 360 titles and soon OG titles because so many games from the 360 I didn't get a chance to play. I'd like to finish Lost Odessey one day. The backwards compatibility aspect is much better on XOne than on the 360.

I also prefer the XOne controller, especially the Elite. Of course some things the 360 did better, more story driven titles overall, more features at launch such as custom soundtracks, etc. And more variety in titles, which sometimes I would like the XOne to get more of, but that is the beauty of the Xbox One now...its also an Xbox 360 of sorts. For me personally, I'm very stoked for the XOneX, I see it as a super console that will be able to play 3 generations of games natively.

360 is my fav. It was the console I played great awesome games such as Bioshock1-2 , GEOW series (when the series was awesome, now it's some sh$@ show) Last gen halo games ( this gen halo some sh@t sandwich that no body wanted) ... MS with all its fu@k ups really pushed a die hard lem (me) to become a cow this gen .

While the Xbox 360 certainly has some nice things going for it like being able to rip songs from cds to use as a custom soundtrack in games along with some great games that aren't yet available on the backwards compatible list I have to go with the Xbox One as being my favourite for the following reasons:

- better controller

- better user interface with many more features and it runs faster

- better online store

- faster downloading

- the system looks better

- many great games from the 360 library are available on the backwards compatibility list with more that keep coming and soon some original Xbox games will be compatible as well

- better selection of and better running apps

- and of course the games look better

Not really a contest. The 360 was a great console.
The One is probably one of the worst ever, lol.

360 no contest. Just got an xbox one S and man that UI is a nightmare. Other than that, it's a super cool console. Best controller in the business.

Loved the original Xbox, the Xbox 360 was a step up,and the Xbox One may not have as many games available as the Xbox 360,but it has better games in general.Just my two cents.

Xbox 360. I love my Xbox One, but nothing beats the 360. The XBL arcade games like Super Meat Boy, Shadow Complex, and Bastion. Getting a lot of amazing AAA games years or a year before PS3 like Bioshock, ME 1 and 2, F.E.A.R, etc. Better performing multiplats on must have games like RDR, Bayonetta, and Skyrim, hell better performing on most games. Having party chat which PS3 didn't even have. And of course having the best exclusives and a lot of my favorite games of all time: Halo 3, Left 4 Dead 2, Gears of War 3, Alan Wake, Lost Odyssey, and Trials Evolution.

The X1 does remedy some 360 problems though: no RROD, background downloading, and faster downloads. Snappier interface. Not linking your damn profile to your controller you turn on. Not having to download your profile. Etc. But the 360 had a better UI, slightly better controllers, much better 3rd party support, I never had a profile problem on the 360 like I did on the one, and my achievements never glitched! On my One there are STILL achievements I should have unlocked years ago on the Halo: MCC I still haven't got! There's also a variety of other game achievements that didn't unlock till days or months later. Or never unlocked at all.

That's really tough... my heart says the OG Xbox. My brain says XB1.

I had a bad experience with 360, and RROD killed any real love I had for the console. Which was a shame.

The first one I bought for my little bro to take with him when he went to college (that and a 3DS), and then I got a second one for myself so we could play Super Smash Bros. with each other. Like most systems I give him though, they eventually make themselves back to me. The same thing happened with the PS2 and PS3, because I never wanted those for myself, but those two are basically mine now. He at least takes the Wii U with him more often than not even though he'd rather just use cemu instead.

I haven't tested it, but I assume you can have the system identify the controller like how other systems handle wireless connections.

There's literally nothing I want to play on it though until Prime 4. Mario is the only the other game that looks semi appealing, but Mario has never been a system seller for me, and I don't like how Odyssey is going to be open world versus having traditional obstacle courses. So yeah, I can afford to wait, lol.

Not counting XBox One having BC. Since there are limitations.

360. At the time it was the best version of Bayonetta, the Two Viva Pinata games are wonderful, Ninja Gaiden 2's combat is GODLY, Nuts n Bolts is a fun time, Gears of War trilogy was more an upstart, albeit we can call that a push. And Halo 3 n Reach at least launched in a better state than 5, though I prefer 5 a lot to reach mechanically, and all things considered I really was disappointed by Halo 3 in comparison to Halo 2. Dead Rising 1 is ace, Ace Combat 6 is a blast, the xbla stuff had some gems on it.

The Xbox One machine is probably a better machine to have by virtue of it having BC to a lot of those games I like (sans Ninja Gaiden 2), but it's own lineup of games currently leaves a lot to be desired. So it's a bit of a hollow victory I guess.

X360 because it had games I couldn't get on my PC, Xbox One on the other hand along with the X1X are useless as I already have a gaming PC.

Playing Project Gotham Racing 3 and Perfect Dark Zero and then getting Gears of War and Halo 3... Nah at that time I was playing consoles more than my PC. Now?... Well after completing Uncharted 4 I haven't touched a console. A console without a exclusive worth buying is just a dusk collecting machine like my PS4 until The Last of Us II is out.

Xbox 360.

That choice is made easy by the fact that it's not the Xbox One.

I just appreciate and recognize the success of the Xbox 360. It earned it's way to becoming a force in the tight console market place and because of it, the Xbox brand is here to stay. All these consoles got pros and cons but by the choices Xbox have been making lately, I love how you could access and play games from every previous Xbox on the current Xbox. Plus they've been bringing PC games to their current console as well. So while I favor the 360 over the competition, I own more games on the One than 360 and that's not even including BC games. Looking forward what the Xbox have to offer next, it just get better and better.

360 for me. My first venture into next-gen gaming (I had been stuck on PS2 until 2007 LUL) and I was blown away how good everything looked and played. Then, a friend introduced me to COD WaW and it was all down hill from there. I can't even imagine how many hours I sunk into that game. Seriously good times

I hated the xbox360 and bought it at launch.

-Couldn't play blu rays.

-No WiFi

-No HDMI

-The "blades" menu was perfect until they updated it and ruined it to the garbage we have now.

-Hardware failures. I am on my 4th Xbox360

-Controllers used batteries

It was terrible last gen. The PS3 was so much better but there is too many fanboys on the internet who use revisionist history.

Anyway. The Xbox One is vastly superior over the xbox360. It is just a shame neither console has any games. All I play on them is mostly forza as halo/gears suck now.
