dream on the fact of the matter is , msg4 (one game) could not help the ps3 with all the bad press, the only thing that could help the ps3 now imo is if BLU-ray won the format war and everyone went out to buy the best and cheapest player the ps3.

however this could not stop the bad software sales in fact it would make it worse ending in the death of the ps3 as a game console :(

I understand what you're saying there, but personally I consider that a cop out. I think a strong single player mode stands the test of time whereas a lot of games that rely on online play will die out. It's ok if you spend a lot of time online, but not so much otherwise. I love my 360, but my main problem is the short games. To me, I will replay a classic until I die, and I just don't forsee a game like Halo 3, as great as it is online, carrying over too far once Halo 4 is released or even the next console.

I'm sure its a great game but even if you get all the stars its 30 hours tops then a trade in. Unless they have timed runs and an online ranking system and you are completely obsessed with playing it.

And I think it is important to once again OWN the cows by pointing out the exclusive Assasings Creed. Not only does that game rule all, but it proves that the 360 has more than just shooters,RPGs that look like shooters, or collections of shooters.

I have never heard of this gameASSASINGS creed. Is it some sort of rhythm game? Now Assassins Creed is indeed a very good MULTIPLAT.
