I remember when my 360 got the red rings the day Halo 3 released. I was pretty damn angry at MS.
But in the end they fixed it for free and sent me a free game plus some MS points.
And would Nintendo do this? Nope, in fact, they would charge you. Sometimes I really wonder who the real "greedy" company isI remember when my 360 got the red rings the day Halo 3 released. I was pretty damn angry at MS.

[QUOTE="Arbiterisl33t69"]Is there a point to this thread?Renzokucantyea, 360 sucks and Nintendo rulz... i thought the pic said it all. guess some people are just slower My PS1 has been sat in the shed for over 5 years through all sorts of weather (I blame the English climate) And that still works. So I guess Sony rules then.

Sometimes I really wonder who the real "greedy" company is Didn't Nintendo products up until the GC have lifetime warranty? I know the N64 did, and that i had sent controller sin for analogue stick's for free. Even if Nintendo did charge, i don't see why they shouldn't. Its not like their hardware ever failed except once in a blue moon. If anyone has had a nintendo console break within a year of purchase (new) then speak up, but i think you will find the cases pretty far between. Especially for Nes, Snes and N64I remember when my 360 got the red rings the day Halo 3 released. I was pretty damn angry at MS.

I broke my Wii and Nintendo's fixing it for free...
[QUOTE="Arbiterisl33t69"]Is there a point to this thread?Renzokucantyea, 360 sucks and Nintendo rulz... i thought the pic said it all. guess some people are just slower Hmm my 360 is still running fine since launch day of Nov 2005, and there are alot better games than there are on Wii so I 100% disagree with what your saying.
Microsoft sucks. They are officially in the red as far as the RRoD warranty goes. I read in GI that the amount allocated to the 360 has surpassed the $1 billion mark is rumored to be at 1.5 billion withno signs of slowing down. Plus a good friend of mine, Dropkick Robbi's Elite 360 went RRoD 2 days ago. I thought the Elites where better?I will say again, MICROSOFT SUCKS.

Yeah...MS is good for stuff like that. I have gotten a free wireless controller, Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts, and a Live Vision Camera from them the last 3 times I sent mine in. If you're one of the unlucky ones that has to send your 360 in a lot, they will make your console a high priority. Last 3 times, I have gotten my console back in less than a week. Sure, it's a pain in the ass to have to send it in, but if you can't make it less than a week without your 360, it's time to rethink one's priorities.I remember when my 360 got the red rings the day Halo 3 released. I sent it in, they fixed it for free, and it only took about a weekDon't you have anything do to except troll? And M$ made money in the gaming department this year, 162 million. I think warranies are included in that. And TC, your just trolling at this point.Microsoft sucks. They are officially in the red as far as the RRoD warranty goes.
