Xboxone will work without Kinect! Kinectless Sku possible?

Of course these are just a few of the system wide benefits of having Kinect. Games use Kinect in a variety of amazing ways from adding voice to control your squad mates to adding lean and other simple controls beyond the controller to full immersive gameplay. That said, like online, the console will still function if Kinect isnt plugged in, although you wont be able to use any feature or experience that explicitly uses the sensor.

Meh, my problems with Xbox one are the controler and the lack of interesting exclusives. I never cared about Kinect being on or off

The new Kinect 2.0 is 10x's stronger than the original Kinect.    I think alot of people are going to be impressed with Kinect V2.    Cant wait, and I hope Microsoft just lowers the price with the Kinect. 

The Xbone is the furthest thing from my mind right now with or without Kinect.

Price is the only issue, but the Xone being more expensive than the PS4 does not make its existance meaningless LOL think before you type.

These time clerks won't have the same dificult time answering that as they did this gen, it's a straight "it's the PS4 sir/madam".
