XSEED Games: We have faith in Vita and Sony

thought i'd share this :)...XSEED the publisher for games and franchises like YS games, Wild Arms, Brave Story, The Last Story and many others in an interview said they are going to support Vita big time and they aren't worried about the Vita mentioning they have strong faith in the newly released system and Sony when it comes to their support to their own systems.

"We still have faith in the platform. Its still early in the lifecycle. I know Sony has a lot of good stuff up their sleeve for Vita, so we are not really concerned,"XSEED GAMES

XSEED will have 3 games on the Vita by end of 2012 and their biggest game for the system is Ragnarok Odyssey

If it were up to the vocal SW crew, console gaming would be dead.

After playing so much Disgaea 3 on my Vita, I've come to learn that the Vita is the system of choice for me for RPGs... I love being able to play and put it in sleep whenever I want and come back to it later. Beats being late for work because you're trying to find a save point... JustPlainLucas

Exactly my thoughts! you dont even need to reach a save point with the vita, you can pause it by clicking home button and come back and play at anytime again, really love it.

Whoa WHoa you can't post posative things about the Vita on SW!!, its not allowed GTFO:P

They can have faith all they want, doesnt mean the Vita will bounce back.
That said, Ys IV: Celceta is the only XSeed localization Im looking forward to.

Same! im actually thinking to buy YS 1&2 soon from PSN and play them on Vita not to mention Growlanser 4 next month!! hope it will support Vita

xseed has faith in a system that is right now extrmely niche...because they release games that are even more niche and no one really buys.

I'm sure they will announce Ys IV sooner or later and I'd like to support XSEED but for now I'm going to try and hold out for a Vita 2000 with video output.

DS battery life was out of this world lol a DS can last on sleep mode for over 20 days PSP can last on sleep mode for 1 week but 3DS and PSV I think they only last for 3~4 days.

thanks 4 the post i actually really liked the look of ragnarok odyssey wen i first saw it and xseeds games are mostly really nice, i enjoy them alot so this will be great once its released ^_^

I think that's pretty good for a platform that no one buys for, an obscure action RPG that no one knows how to pronounce, and a tiny publisher that doesn't even have programming capabilities.

Meh, I already beat the JPN version. Id like to play it in english but I cant say Im planning to buy it anytime soon. I will eventually though. The game was pretty great.
