The SP in BF3 sucked

I love Driver and its good to see it getting recoqnition for being an immense driving game especially the chases.I gotta admit it does beat out forza in the fun factor and the online is just so good its uncanny xD.

Aside from some very questionable choices...is not a bad list, not at all, i actually liked their GOTY choice.

Good choice for GOTY. No complaints from me.

It's a pretty decent list although everyone knows the best sports game of the year is easily FIFA 12 ;).fabz_95

A good choice, obviously arguably the best game of the year, but very deserving.

EDIT: BTW, has anyone posted the USATODAY list? I read their's yesterday, it was Skyrim, Portal 2, Batman:AC, UC3, and LA Noire for the top 5 of 2011.

Since Bale became Batman in the movies they have been great...and since Rocksteady took over Batman the games have been amazing....try them if you haven't yet

Who cares, Gears sucks at everything. Just like all other console shooters. Its multiplayer is total trash in comparison to battlefield.

In the state it was released? Hell no. I despise Gears plot. Always have. One of the worst shooter stories I ever heard only made worse by its awful characters like Dom. I barely managed to force myself to finish Gears 2 over his whining. Its shooting is fine but I don't like how long it takes to kill an enemy. The multiplayer itself is a laughable joke with puny ass maps that you can run through in 30 seconds and boring game modes.

batman absolutely deserves it.
It's such a well rounded game you really can't knock it because they outdid themselves.
