No one here is saying he isn't.

He doesn't like the PS3's squidgy triggers. I dont either. Does that make the game bad? Of course not. Did he say the PS3 version was bad? No.

Pretty funny, his gripes against the ps3 were solely on the controller. Which is his prefrence to have. Not his funniest review but it was pretty funny.

He did have a point about driving around your "friends", my only real complaint about this game is that they are needy attention whores who expect you to drop everything you are doing to come pick them up and go bowling. And they like you less when you either cant because you are on a mission or because you dont want too. It is easy to get 100% with the ladies(date, date, date and sex) but the guys who offer far more useful bonuses it can take forever.Truth-slayer

The TC is a muppet to be honest. 99% of people know Yahtzees reviews are just for entertainment and just just him to pick apart games, and in some cases the things he says are quite true, if sometimes exaggerated, like in this case where he exaggerates the 6-axis' joypad and how bad it apparently is. He is not a proper reviewer though, because as I always say, if he was then you'd buy about 1 game a year.

I love his reviews...but you guys DO realize he isn't a real reviewer right? His "reviews" are satire and meant to be funny, not serious. He exadgerated everything and makes fun of everything because it is funny and amusing.

Why are you acting like his reviews are the gospel truth and more truthful than the hundreds of other reviews out there?

Actually true? Then I guess every AAA game on all the consoles sucks, or is over rated, and deserves to be picked apart and made fun of? KEep in mind lemmings, that he also trashed Halo and pretty much every other game that you all hype as reasons to own a 360.

Yes, of course they don't matter. How can someone truly define what matters in general(meh walking down a metaphysical road... not good). I mostly watch his reviews for entertainment, but I take him as "seriously" as any other gamer or even people working in the industry.

He does sometimes come up with a type of well constructed cryticism(wich at some points is definitely better than a lot of "professional" reviewers out there), that is simply entertaining to me, wich makes it all the better.

Many people may not like his work and that is completely fine; fortunately for him, others do and even though he generaly states that he gives them the usual finger, he wouldn't continue the making of any of this were it not for his viewers in the first place.

i'm not a lemming. i understand that all his reviews show games for what they are and he expresses all the little nitpicks that 99.9% of gamers are afraid to come to terms with. he never once said any of the game were bad per se, but that there are some things that people have to come to terms with and realize especially when they tought how "perfect" something is. please learn to read.

I know he is supposed to critisize every game he reviews, but when there is no credible thing to critisize, it ends up not funny. It happened with Mario Galaxy, Smash Bros, and now GTA4.

You are right, your opinion (not you, but people in general) should matter to you, but when you ( again, not you, but people in general) try to force them on other people, that when it doesnt matter.

Halo 3 was not mediocre. It was very polished. It just wasn't revolutionary.

And SSBB lasts forever if you aren't alone. If you don't play with friends or don't have any friend codes registered, that means you hjust have to play with a computer player, and that is boring.

Both Halo 3 and SSBB are multiplayer games.

the way the tc is trying to spin this... not so much.

I think everybody that bought a PS3 and got their hands on the sixaxis realize that it sucks. Also, not only the sixaxis tilt motion is useless, the thumbsticks just feels too loose when it comes to driving. The 360 controller thumbsticks are well placed and feels tighter and more precise. Indeed, avoid the PS3 version!
