For me:
Guitar Hero 3. While incredibly fun to tool around with when friends are over, the developers made a horrible mistake in throwing in one last guitar battle right at the end which 95% of people will find impossible past medium difficulty. I've beaten every single track on hard, then right at the very end, as a final insult, i have one last freakin' song which i just cannot do. It puts me in a bad mood every time i try to do it and invariably fail, and likewise whenever i see my plastic guitar hanging there, reminding me "no you NEARLY beat the game... nearly..."
Any game which makes you frustrated/angry is a waste of money in my book
Super Paper Mario for the Wii.
It's essentially a combination of not-platform game, with a not-rpg game, creating what is essentially a text based adventure. Puzzles are nonexistent (hint- turn the world sideways; every freakin' time), and the platforming and fighting is childishly easy. How it was reviewed with decent scores is beyond me.
