NBA Live's first appearance on the Wii is a complete disaster.

The Good

• Perfectly harmless if you don't unwrap it
• Good commentary.

• Controls don't really work
• Gameplay is a mess
• Graphics are terrible
• AI is lousy
• Most everything else.

If the Wii was more powerful, it would have the regular Live 08, which isn't such a bad game at all.

Live 08 flopped on 360/PS3 as well. 6.9 at ign. And sad that they obviously put more money into those versions. Point is, despite your ignorance regarding how powerful Wii is. Its capable than a lot more than what live 08 did with it. And if you want to believe otherwise then its entirely up to you if you want to continue to be a idiot.

Of course the Wii is more capable than what Live 08 did with it, but that's not the problem. The problem is multiplatform developers have to go out of their way to make completely different games for the Wii, since it can't run the ones they've already made for the 360 and PS3.

It doesn't matter. A half-assed game is still a half-assed game, no matter how powerful the system is. If the developer spent more time working with the system's strengths as opposed to just throwing something together and hoping it works, they would've made a game worth playing.

wow holy crap. 3.0 thats almost worst game of the year. yea the wii is fading to me. all i want now is galaxy and brawl. after that i dont know what ill do with it. nintendo may be back in the game from sale, but if they want to keep up then they better put some serious power into their next console. that will be their defining point. the wii is already a guaranteed sucess, but if nintendo doesnt grow up atleast a little, theyre done for good. they got very lucky with the wii, it wont happen again.azshorty2003

If the Wii could actually run the games that they intend to make, they wouldn't have to throw something together to get on the shelves. It's unfair to expect developers to spend twice as much time making two different games just because Nintendo didn't make their hardware up to snuff.

thats doesn't saying about the console it self. It just says the nintendo was fast at releasing atleast few of their good series.
