It won't at all. If you'd watched anything or read about it, you would know it is at the least a top notch FPS if not a totally revolutionary one. No one makes a game that beautiful and deep and then has no gameplay to go with it.

That whole gameplay>graphics line people always say is just stupid. Almost all the time the most high budget beautiful games have much more than a pretty look. Games that use copy and paste visual effects like Doom3 and PDZ are the rare examples of graphics over gameplay. People usually use this to defend crappy looking Nintendo games.... which really usually also have shallow casual gameplay.

You do know that the pic was taken during a VERY early build (pre-alpha) of the game, and was released in the summer of last year, right? (lemmings should a little something about this). Not to mention it might not be on max settings. The newer pics look much better. Oh, the game JUST moved to alpha in the middle of last week, so everything you have seen is from pre-alpha. By lemmings logic, it will look 100x better upon release!:o

Thats a dx9 screen that was ancient. One of the first screens of the game I believe.
