You call this revolutionary???

finally got to play the wii for a decent amount of time today (sorry, a bit late) and i have to say that the wii is the most overrated system released EVER. everyone acts like its this awesome, new, godly thing. the remote controls have no precision what so ever. most of the games just use basic controller flicks. then even in the menu browsing, its not point and click. its move the controller to the side until you can finally balance it over the thing you want to click on. its no more revolutionary than a mouse, and a mouse is 20 year old technology. theres also no excuse on why the wiis graphics have to be as garbage as they are. i played metroid which is said by sheep as to have just as good of graphics as the 360/PS3, and it seemed to me that it looked worse than the gamecube edition of the game. i also know 10-15 people who own 2-3 games- wii sports, mario galaxy, wii play. the sales are ALL off of soccer moms. i will soon be trying to find a way to gather information on the people who play the wii so i can prove that its mostly played by old people kids and soccer moms. and i can into playing the wii with an

open mind.

Epic fail.

1) What games did you actually play on the Wii?

2) No one said MP3 looks as good as PS360 graphics. That's rediculous.

i haven't played it yet. Too many children at the in line to play it at Gamestop but it does look overrated.

That was one of the most biased things i have ever heard. Metroid prime 3 is a great game and it's graphics are are better than any gamecube game. Most people who own a wii didn't buy the system hoping for spectacular graphics.

Because that was never going to be the name of the console. That was just the codename for the project.

And to respond to the OP, first of all nobody ever said MP3 looked like 360 or PS3 games. Stop making stuff up. Second of all, people have said MP3 has controls that are far better than dual analog, and they are. Thirdly, just because your friends only own 3 Wii games doesnt mean that are the only Wii games worth owning. Actually, I feel sorry for them. Considering they're missing out on great games like Zack and Wiki, Metroid Prime 3 and Twilight Princess.
