well bioshock is probaly a nice game but nothin to thrilling about it..I prefer Ninja Gaiden series..after sigma release im hoping Ninja Gaiden 2 comes tooand  most likely it will even if its time exclusive..

The only people who seem to be arguing are the children. Funny how people who work int he industry seem to have always agree'd on it.

Consoles are in their own race, not competing with PC all too much.

You do know that Bioshock hasn't been announced for the PS3 by Irrational Games right? Some blog starts a rumor and people think it's a fact. When Irrational Games was last interviewed they said there was no PS3 Bioshock even in development. Do if the game is actually being made now, it won't be out until next year. Capcom announced DMC4 for the XBox 360 and PC, so that IS official.

No, they don't. PC, MAC, Linux, Sun & Unix compete. PC's are not part of the console wars. You guys keep forgetting this. This may be why we never see anyone talking about MAC games in System Wars. No one is counting how many PC's are sold compared to Wii's, XBox 360's & PS3. No one is comparing PC software sales to the 3 next-gen consoles either. Why? Because PC's are not part of the console wars. Never have been, never will. ;)

Microsoft doesn't own PC gaming. They aren't publishing Bioshock. So it isn't exclusive, period. They aren't profiting at all from the sales of copies of the PC version.

Those operating systems DO NOT compete in the games arena. No operating system does. APIs are all that matters. If a game's developed for DirectX, it'll be only able to run on Windows. If it's developed for OpenGL (or DirectX too), it'll run on a wider range of platforms. It's all up to the developer.

And of course PCs aren't a part of the "console wars" by definition alone. But a game isn't exclusive to a console if it's on another platform. Console-war competetor or not.

Once again, Microsoft doesn't own PC gaming. So Bioshock isn't a "Microsoft exclusive." What an idiotic term.
