the main game over UC anyday. ill play UC because as Resident Evil fan i wanna know the whole story behind umbrella. people write that game off, but if ur a resident evil fan that game should interest you interms of the story details it holds. Besides Jill>all RE characters.

Yeah. It'd be nice if they actually tried to make the movie similar to the games. Who the hell thought that making some new random character up would be a good idea? Why couldn't they have just made the first movie focus on Chris and Jill in the Spencer mansion?! Grrr! :x

I am quite excited bout Soul Calibur themed advanture. Something that sounds quite interesting.

About the aforementioned poor man's soul calibur content/final fantasy comment...

Fighting games can't evolve to be honest, they just look prettier with hardware and therefore I am much more inclined to be excited about Soul Calibur Legends then Soul Calibur 4.

Final Fantasy XIII is pretty much in limbo considering it was completely absent from E3, at least we know something about the new Crystal Chronicles game.

ANYWAY back to the topic... Resident Evil 5 by a longshot simply because I enjoyed Resident Evil 4 so much. I might have to buy a 360/PS3 solely for that game. Btw, I also think it will win 2008 GOTY by a mile.

I did. I going to buy RE5, I am a sheep. I am really excited about an on rail shooter with Resident Evil themes. I really excited for both, but I really want RE:UC, because I wanting the good ol' days of onrail shooters and being Resident Evil, WHOOT! One of the reasons I got a 360 was for RE5, I bought a Wii for games like these. What do I care, I get to have both. Whether it being a continuation of the series or good dive in the past history, I am excited.

Are you done yet? All I see you do (in this or any thread I see you post in) is continually trying to "own" the sheep. But what about us who want a variety of gameplay, including RE:UC, an onrails shooter, and RE5, a "normal" RE game, because they both look like they will be good games? You're just trying to "own" the sheep, when I'm just trying to have the best gameplay variety that I can. I did choose RE5, not because RE: UC is bad, but RE5 just happens to be more interesting to me. You're saying that the sheep are missing out. Who's to say that people who buy a Wii don't also have another game console, not because "T3h Wii Suxxorz," but because they want a wide variety of games. You're saying that the sheep are missing out, but if anything, you're the one who's missing out on 2 good games, choosing to be a fanboy and only having one.

First off, I never made fun of PS2 for have a lower graphical port of the RE4 game. What would be the point doing so.

What do you meana remix of old levels. I, for one, actually excited to see the whole RE universe in a face to face view. I really excited taking you back to its back-games of the mansion and the city. Itsa bonus adding content from the newer entries as well. I been waiting for a rails on shooter, with this type of theme. Why because its not the next entry of the serieies, its not moving forward. I get to relive the past events in bam bam situation, not the normal shape of RE game. I will be gradly paying for this railon shooter known as Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. A good fifty well spent. That be a nice $110 dollars in the Resident Evil section for this and the next entry.

Hey I just saw like 10 threads on how Wii Fit will win this generation, how Wii is outselling PS3 and MS and how they are failing and Nintendo is the king.

you'll be surprised how much I actually keep silent and just dont say anything in those annoying threads. And every once in a while I express some feeling and now you're on my case. I bet you wont complain when another sheep thread saying "Wii has won this generation" comes along. but when I point out some hypocrisy and dent in their armor I get nailed for it. typical.
