You know what? Kingdom Hearts is great.

I recently bought Kingdom Hearts again to play through it (get a little nostalgia action going).

Seriously, I'm sitting here at the main menu and remembering how amazing this game (and the whole series) is.

Kingdom Hearts is probably the best action RPG, like, ever. Who's with me!?

Yeah, Kingdom Hearts is a good series.

I really liked the KHII title screen music (KH 1 might have it too).

I didn't like it that much.

Yes the original Kingdom Hearts was a pretty nice and fresh game. Too bad I got disappointed with the sequel and following spinoffs put me off.

It's pretty good, I always found it interesting that it's Disney and Square Enix. Cool mix.

But I will give KH credit where its due, it a pretty fun button masher that has a decent story and good gameplay. Hell, It was good enough for me to get 358/2 days in JPN.

In my opinion, KH is one of the most overrated games of all time. I hated it.

They removed Aero , made most of the magic useless including summons that shared a drive gauge and took out dodge roll.

KH battle system + drive gauge for forms would've been great.

Still it's an enjoyable series. I just prefer the 1st one.

My favorite genre of games are RPG's so I cant say they were bad games at all. I did not especially like them that much though. I did not finish either one I will admit, got around 10 hours into each game and was bored so I gave up on both. Kingdom Hearts 2 had an amazing intro movie though I wont forget that =p I guess I am just not a big enough Disney fan to love the game as much as other people.

Kingdom hearts is SUPER-MEGA awesome.:P But really, I love the series, and I am excited for 358/2 Days and Birth by Sleep.

I loved the first game, by the time i got to playing the 2nd game it just started to feel tedious for me. I guess i am not a huge fan of the series anymore. But i still like them enough to purchase a 3rd game if it comes out.

It has the best well craftedbase story in gaming that I have everwitnessed.

Can't wait to see what the team does with Final Fantasy Versus XIII (Hopefully at TGS well see )

The gfx are sick, the gameplay is fun, and you fight sephiroth in it.

I like the story, the characters, the nostalgia, the gameplay is fun, music. There are flaws with it, but they don't stop me from absolutely loving the series.

There is a serve re lack of JRPGs on the PC, if you want any you would have to torrent it.. After that try to find a English patch to have English text. It's not hard to find not really known JRPGs also, just go to a website like play-asia and you'll find something.

I expected a deeper plot tbh judging by the premise built around the Nobodies, twilight world etc going by preview, old Ansems reports etc. I thought there was gonna be a better correlation between the nobodies and the ppl they come from not all those cliches. The story itself was a mess and they made the game even more button masher than the first one instead of adding depth they just added a lot of new flashy mechanics but in the end it was the same as simply using the normal attack button

And to make things worse the game was way too easy, even the hardest difficulty it didn't feel as tight as the first ones normal mode, it took me weeks to beat Sephirtoh on the first one, it was a matter of days in II...on hard. The game was ok but it was not as great a sI expected.

The only PC JRPG series that can actually be played in english that I know of is the Ys series, sorry. But there are english patches being worked on for a PC RPG series called "Legend of Heroes". You could look that up.

If your not a graphics whore then go for it, definitely. Great games. Although, if your not against PC games try the PC version, Ys I&II: COMPLETE, its in complete 2D with clean sprites, way better than the DS version. Google it, there are full english patches available as well :)

Suikoden isnt THAT obscure :P, I still se quite a few people mention the series. But Ys is a series almost no one will talk about, not even on the most hardcore RPG unions.... unfortunately.
