I actually suffer from a pretty advanced form of Insomnia.
Some days I don't sleep at all.
The strange part of it is, when I sleep, I sleep for a long time. There have been plenty of times where I've slept a full 24 hours.

Hahaha, me too. I haven't slept in 46 hours, but when I went to sleep before yesterday, I slept for 17 hours.

I'm not that bad off but I do seem to have some form of Insomnia here, I often don't sleep entire nights and then sleep until 8-9PM. :|

The best thing to do is if you feel you have a clinical problem, get it diagnosed and you'll be exposed to ways of helping with it.
It can mess things up for you pretty bad later on. I've failed a handfull of classes merely because I've slept right past them during midterms or finals.

Well its certainly not so terrible that I can't function, otherwise I would. Heck, if I hadn't been on pharmaceuticals for other things so long (a point that I resent) then I might, but I don't care to take any prescription medication although I might be open to dietary changes, etc. if that would help.
What I can do is stay awake later to gradually move my internal clock back around but it takes some time. Anyways..I'm going to try to get some sleep again now.
