You save $100 if you go Sony only

Why i say that?

because

xbox costs $300 if you have a hd tv and $200 with av only , nobody doesnt have a hd tv

so $300 dollars

plus a blu ray player which is $150

equals 450

plus online fee

equals 500 dollars if you go xbox 360 only

$500

if u buy a ps3 it will only cost you $400 out the door for ps3 only

so you save $100 if you go with sony

so i still dont understand peoples arguement that xbox is the cheaper console

because even if you dont have a hd tv a xbox arcade and blu ray player will still cost u 400 smackeroos... the same price as ps3

You're forgetting the chair you need to sit in to play the game, the car you need to drive to the store when you pick the console up, the clothes to wear in store so no one throws you out for causing a disturbance, the house you need to play the console in and I'm sure your forgetting all the other things that come with the cost of owning a xbox 360.6matt6

Haven't you posted this already , not even 2 hours ago. Let it go, stop trying to justify your purchase of a PS3. Look $50 online is optional. You don't need to get it if you don't want to, I know because have a silver account and I'm perfectly fine with it. Second you don't need a bluray player when Xbox plays DVDs and also has Netflix which has a bigger selection of movies. if you think about it you save $100 by only buying DVDs instead of BluRays. Here's my math, you buy 20 BluRays at $20.00 for $400, but you 20 DVDs at $15.00 it is only $300.00. You really save more seeing as most Blurays are more than $20 and most DVDs are less than $15. Well all I know is I have enough money to get my kids one big thing for Xmas. I keep thinking of a PS3. But I have a 360 and my kids love it. Im wanting to support Sony but I just cant seem to find a reason to buy one. The ONLY thing keeping me from buying yet another 360 is im on #4 since launch. And im NOT giving MS anymore money for 360's.

I feel...And this is just from reading threads here...That the PS3 is in some trouble. I hate to hear this cause Sony does make a good solid console with plenty of games to boot. If Sony came down to 250$ I would buy one..But that will never happen
