my main is the 360, but that's mostly because of the amazing controller and XBL
but other than that i play all sorts of games on every console, handheld and PC
alliances would be great for gaming IF you actually got something for that alliance.....but i really don't see what MS, sony, or nintendo would give me for being allied with them other than missing out on other exclusives.....which is why i think alliances and fanboys are LOL worthy...hence why i come to system wars :P
I own all 3 but most of the games I like appear on the 360. My pc is capable of playing most modern games on high but chokes on games like crysisWhat system are you with, TC?

I'm all about the games for me. Even though I have only one platform (360) I can still give props to all the great games out there no matter their platform, from Uncharted 2, to GOW3, Infamous, KZ3, Metroid Other M, SMG, and so many others.
I've pretty much switched sides ever console generation. And I've switched mid console generation. I just go where the games I want to play are. Right now thats the 360. Last gen it was the PS2. Both this and last gen I started with a Nintendo console and switched because Nintendo wasn't enough. Lesson learned - stop going to Nintendo. I would have been fine with a PS3 but I decided to get the 360 since Halo 3 came before MGS4. Don't regret that choice at all. I wouldn't have played MGS4 half as much as I've played Halo 3. Most of my friends have 360s as wall anyway.vashkey
OR just NOT go with just one and get at least two?
all consoles always have their downtime in games and nintendo's is picking up immensely
[QUOTE="millerlight89"]PC. It has all the games I want. It gets the good multiplats and some of my favorite games are exclusive to PC. I can not get games like Penumbra on a console.Arach666Or the upcoming Amnesia: The Dark Descent;) I try not to mention that game. I do not like to think about it. The more I do the slower the days go by, and I want release day to hurry :P.
I mostly play on my Xbox 360. I'll play on my DS every now and then too. I also bought a Wii last week, so maybe that'll see plenty of playing time.

I got rid of my Wii back in 2008. The only games released on it that have interested me since I got rid of it are No More Heroes 2 and Mad World. The only upcoming games that interest me are Epic Mickey. Three games over the course of two years is not worth it. The Wii's down time is way longer than any other console. You almost always have to wait for something from Nintendo for anything good. And the 360 hasn't really ever had down time. Theres almost always something new coming out on it that interests me.[QUOTE="CDUB316"][QUOTE="vashkey"]I've pretty much switched sides ever console generation. lemme tell you....after nintendo's E3 this year, it was DAMN worth the wait
even this year has been great so far, NMH2, redsteel 2, SMG2, sin and punishment, MH3 and soon other M comes out
great time to be a wii owner
I'd agree that the Wii has picked up it's game but I don't regret getting rid of it. Like I said, so far there are only two game I've missed out on that I care about and one on the way. I can live with that. There are more games I'm interested in on the PS3 and I'm in no rush to get one. vashkey
completely understood
i'm just a guy who HATES to miss out on any games...especially nintendo ones, lol
I have all consoles so that makes me the enemy of each console so therefore I take no sides in this silly War.
I can't pick a system this gen because they are all good, and I would put the DS on the same level as the home consoles this gen too (its had some amazing games over the years and I still haven't caught up on all the ones I want).
As of this point in time, and the forseeable future the PC. You just can't get the variety, and game selection the PC offers anywhere else. Not to mention all the features of the platform, and the great online communities.
