Your fave FPS series

The criteria for a series is atleast 3 games with the same main name. Series like Unreal Tournament and Quake are sadly left out because of a lack of space in poll options. But you can mention them seperatley.

Anyway, mine is Doom series. Mainly because of the original Doom.

Half-Life.

I want Half-Life 3 now or even Episode 3. VALVE DAMN YOU.

Doom for singleplayer. Day of Defeat for multiplayer.

Doom 3 was a odd-one-out of the series. The Ultimate Doom, Doom II: Hell on Earth, Final Doom and Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil, were all fantastic games.

Halo. Loved all the games, and just for fun, here's the my list!

1. Halo: Combat Evolved

Horrible poll. Halo should be replaced with Battlefield. Also, CoD should be removed.

I dunno ... I'm leaning towards Killzone. That or Halo

Stalker series. Out of those, probably HL because of HL2 (I didn't have a proper PC at the time of HL1 so I missed out), but only because I've never been too fond of the other series listed. Except maybe Doom, but it's impossible to compare Doom 1 and 2 to what's out today.

It was COD until they added perks, killstreaks and attatchments into the mulitplayer. Also there was no support for the PC version of Mw2.

Right now I'm leaning more towards Crysis series.

battlefield- Pure FPS has always emphasized competitive action, and the battlefield series by far, offers the best FPS experience for multiplayer. Battlefield 2 in particular, but all in the series have been stellar.

Unreal Tournament.

Call of Duty and Killzone.

All the way.

I have to choose? Too hard.

I guess Half-Life but the only games I played in the Half-Life series were Half-Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, and Portal.

If Crysis 2 manages to be as good as the original the series would definitely be among my favorites.

Battlefield and Unreal Tournament are much better than all of those except Halo. I would place Halo on equal footing with those series.
