Kaine, a female character says that. There are many other great quotes between here & Weiss, & plenty of Kaine saying inappropriate things, a lot of the time to bosses. Another one I really liked that I can't remember the words for exactly:

I loved how NIER & Weiss reacted when Kaine said that.. I love every place/town in that game.. The music really complimented the areas as well. My favourite was probably Seafront personally. I actually loved farming the Black Pearls because of the music, scenery & atmosphere. I loved the King & the Adviser; so loyal.

"Would you kindly...?" from Bioshock is the only one that really stuck in my head. It resonated throughout the whole game, without you realizing it until near the end. Powerful stuff.

Yeah, this is brilliant. There are heaps of great quotes in Bioshock... Very well written. Some of my other favs include:
