Edit: Since some users asked for an all-time favorite list, I'd say those who want can sure mention it as well, preferably adding it on a separate list or at least differentiating it from the rest by adding "legacy" or the name of the system.

Games that we personally enjoyed, no matter their score on here, Metacritic and so on.

I'll list mine, which inlcude only those games that I played and finished. Those games that don't make it to your top 10 list and that you wish to include anyway can go under the "Honorable mentions" list.

I read it as the last 10 years, and took 2016 out of the equation.
