Uncharted 3+NGP, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, MW3, Dark Souls, Deus Ex:HR, Resistance 3, and Bioshock:Infinite. Hopefully we'll see some Mirror's Edge 2, KH3, FFvXIII, and other awesome stuff.
Uncharted 3. Thats about it. That is the only to game I'm 100% sure I'm gonna purchase, haven't decided on the other games. I want to see something on the Medal of Honor sequel though and some more BF3 footage.
That said, there are so many that the list could change durastically, and most likely some 3DS and Cafe games will be front runners for me, but right now we do not know enoug to really say. Paper Mario, Super Mario, and Mario kart are high up there for me though.
Thief 4 anyone? That game has been announced a while back by Eidos, but we haven't heard much about it at all. Obviously, the games that we've heard a great deal about already won't seem as exciting as the ones whose details are either completely uncertain or those which we'd never see coming.
Agent is another really big secret, as is The Outsider, which has been MIA since 2005. Will David Braben stop it with the Lost Winds and Kinectimals games, and finally get a lot work done on The Outsider?

lol look at the bright side, the beta is coming later this year and hopefully the game as well! Ok the game probably wont make it out as they hope it will, but probably summer of next year :P. I cannot wait! Thinking of starting DII up again lol.
