Yahtzee's got nothing on the nerd.

I find AVGN funny and I don't really find Zero Puncuation funny at all.

Yatzhee, because he is actually funny. The Nerd paled horribly in comparison after watching my first Yatzhee review. Doing something other than just swearing and adding odd horror bits makes him the winner.

I havent heard of Zero Punctuation, just the Nerd and i think is fantastic, but sure im gonna check Zero too.

I have to agree here DSS. With the Nerd, it's just waiting for him to blow his gasket. With Yahtzee, I find he has a genuine journalistic quality on which he layers his humorous comments. When he criticizes a game, he delivers it with a more refined rapier's wit that is far more sophisticated than the Nerd's.

It sounds like you're taking his stuff personally!

I like them both, but Yahtzee is just awesome. He continually roasts fanboys in his reviews and spreads it equally across the playing field. I usually find that his reviews are more accurate than Gamespot's, since he seems to be able to ignore the hype surrounding the Halos and GTAs. I may not agree with him on everything (I like Smash Bros. and really enjoyed the new Indiana Jones movie, but I tend to see where he's coming from.

I wanna see the Nerd move more into the SNES/Genesis era (at the very least), and go to town on the more recent stinkbombs like he did with Superman 64.

I like both. Can't pick one since they're like complete opposites.

Very old games vs brand new ones.

Crap games vs good games.

Live action vs animation.

Crude nerd vs clever... not-nerd :P

Random anger vs clever complaints.

zero makes me chuckle. AVGN makes me laugh my ass off. Plus, AVGN is usually right IMO.

I really appreciate AVGN because he played the same games I did growing up, and had the same frustrations. I think growing up in the 8 and 16 bit generation makes you really appreciate it more. Like, when he did the turtles, it was so true. Plus mixes 80 and 90's culture in, and i find that funny.

Yahtzee is very smart humor, but its mostly amusing.

I had that game and I thought I just sucked. I didnt realize it was impossibly hard.

AVGN is way better... I actually laugh when I watch his video's most of the time.
