ZOMG my PS3 : /

So I fired up my old trusty PS3 to get down on some Lair and i got an error 800010514 and my playstation no longer works?!?! I just bought this POS3 one month ago and it has already broke down? Man, I thought things were bad when every game flopped and now it has hardware issues? I am gonna try to sell this thing as quickly as possible and go buy an Xbox 360! boarderk15

That's amazing, the exact thing happened to my uncle, all 50 of my friends and it's happened , my 16 cousins 2 times removed and to me 8 times already....

Why? It's not new, and official gaming news site/media outlet/anything has covered it, it's a non-issue that affects less than 0.5% of systems. I had to provide photographs of my RRoD experiences to prove it, I'm sure the same will go for this.

If xbox360 is such a peice of crap console why don't you just get rid of it. Don't bash the PS3 and make up lies about it to try to make youself feel better about the purchase of your crappy system because you were the one who chose to buy it.

I know it's always been a small marginal issue but some fool posted a thread about it bringing it to the general populations attention...and you know what the general population does with information, twists it to their advantage. So I expect many more ZOMG TEH DEFECTIVE PSTRIPPLES!

Not really, read this thread, he was decimated, I posted up 2 recent posts of him, demonstrating pure bias, it took 12 seconds for him to lose credibility, I don't think others want to suffer a similar fate.

the first time i played the PS3, it frooze twice, and downloaoding demos takes for ever, plus you have to install the demo after dwonloading it.

TBH i wasnt impressed with the PS3, the 360 is where its at.
