Where is everyone.  I joined the other day and  no one talks on here.  Is this what we want.  We have the adult gamer's union so we can discuss games with our peers yet there is no discussion going on.  Hmmm.

Well, back to my Wii!

    Yes, I think so. Two weeks ago this place was a freaking graveyard, but lately there's a sort of hum of sporadic but daily activity. Still enjoying your Wii?

Dude, yes!  The Wii is amazing.  I keep telling my wife.  Everything is more fun with this thing.  Nintendo is going to make a killing.  I don't think I could play games with the old controller anymore.  Wow, wow, wow.

I can't recommend one enough.

I think it's funny how ppl in the system wars forum always say that the wii is kiddie yet i find that adults love the wii most of all. it's brought a new life to gaming

Yes, I too love my Wii :) It's a great little system. I'm enjoying the games now and can't wait to see what new games they'll be making.

I sit behind a computer at work all night. Expect to see me around a lot since this is one of the very very few unions that appeals to me.

I hate to say it (especially on Gamespot) but i'm not much of a console gamer. I have a PS2 but it pretty much sits there. I still have some unplayed PS2 games. PC is a different story, I got my hands full with FEAR and racing/flight sims. I really enjoy tweaking my PC to get better performance out of it, keeping it running good. To me that's half the fun. I have heard great things about the Wii though. Sounds like it is worth checking out.

Just check out some of the Wii videos on youtube. The Wii might be my first console, besides my handheld DS-Lite.

I think it would be a fine choice indeed. I plan to get one in the next year or so. My wife and play a few DS games together, and it's always so much more fun than playing alone. The whole structure of the WII just exites us.

Unfortunately, (or fortunately, depending) I don't have enough to do with my time, so I end up checking my GS forums upwards of 5 times a day. I don't miss a beat, especially as a cofounder of one... O_o

I think things generally slow down at certain times -- briefly after Xmas, when everyone's playing their new games and getting used to school/work again...

I'm still around lurking :) I should try to make more of an effort to post and what not though. I've been gaming alot with my new Xbox 360 the last month or so. I won it from the Pepsi contest in November, and it's been alot of fun. So impressed by the graphics. If anyone else here plays it and wants to game online, my gamertag is same as my ID on the boards here, gysuperman. Cheers

Hi all. I'm not around as much as I'd like to be. I've been lazy in my duties. I'd like to see this Union/forum do much better. People keep joining, so I know the idea of it is appealing. But it's hard sometimes to keep the boards going. I wonder how we can make it more interesting for others.

Hi all,

I've been away far too long from this group too. I don't even visit Gamespot that much anymore. Just been a very busy six months or so for me.

Having said that, I'm glad the union is going from strength to strength, and I hope I can particiapte more in the near future.

If I see more activity I will definitely be more active. I just joined and it was a couple of weeks before I saw any real activity on here.  I am a member of a non-gamespot clan and we are all posting to our fourums daily...for me it's part of my relief from the grind at work.  :)

I'm new here and i have been told by people that once i get talking i can't stop. This is a great choice of unions i was always wondering if there was an all adult union here at gs and it is really nice to be here.:D

I'm not surprised this forum is kinda slow. We're adults, right? Busy LIVING lives, not playing them.:) I usually don't get to play games until after 10pm. I can't imagine how much time it takes to come up with/program new things for the forum. Thank you to the people who do it for FREE so we can have a place to connect!!

Yeah, but even working alot can visit at lunch time if they are desk bound. Me I like to wind down each evening on the PC so I am on every night and make at the least a short visit to Gamestop & CAG.
