It is now 2011 and the meter is still there at 93%. The leveling for the unions has been inoperative for four years now. I think that the moderation required to prevent spamming advancement became too much for Gamespot to monitor so they just gave up and shut it down rather than try to protect it.
That spamming is so prevelent these days on the boards across all the unions. So many non-sensical threads. They personnaly make me nuts and I don't typically comment on them. Not that it matters anymore.
