Title says it all. Do you ever play the lottery and if not then why don't you? I personally have never played it, however I know a ton of people who have (including my dad). I never have since the odds of winning are awful, however I can see why some people play it. That and supposedly the money that you use to play the lottery actually go to a good cause.
Due to legal issues, I don't for the time being. My parents do though, always going for that power ball and mega millions. I see scratch offs as a easier way to make some money. Waste a lot more on them though.

The rich should leave the jackpot to those who are less fortunate. I detest people like that who are already rich but only think about getting more money through means like this.
