Holy crap! moments

Alright Social Cafe Unionites. What are some of your "Holy crap!" moments? They can be like something that scared you or something you forgot... whatever.

One of mine happened last year. Me, my dad and my brother were in the car, ready to go golfing, then a large spider came out from behind the seat. Scared the crap out of me.

Recently, I was making a turn into sunlight, as I was making the turn, I made out kids walking down the crosswalk, and I nearly hit them. That was definately HOLY **** right.JustPlainLucas

My dad and I were driving back from a Yankee game in a BIG thunderstorn. Then lighting stuck REALY close and my dad got scared and moved the wheel all over the place. Lucky their was a lot of space and no traffic. It was oh cow! Then it became a OH YEA! I WAS JUST IN A HOLLYWOOD STUNT. moment. wind-OF-s0rrOw

Back in 2005 I woke up one morning to find I was drenched in some sort of liquid...and I was ins evere pain. I start screaming and my family rushes in only to tell me I am bleeding from my eyes and the blood has covered my face. I am rushed to the emergency room only to be told that it is due to an extreme and rare case of light sensitivity. Since then I have had to wear sunglasses day in and day out,t he bleeding now at smaller extents but it still happens here and there.

And I know my post seems like I am joking around now but in all seriousness it really does scare me even to this day. I am thankful to still be here posting and to still be able to say that I bled through my eyes and lived to tell about it. It is scary stuff.

I actually suffered it again no less then a week ago and the only advance is that I dont scream in agony anymore. I know things could alwyas be worse but..id give anything to not have it happen again..it hurts THAT bad.cousin_eddy
