I just do whatever we have to do for track practice whatever day it is. Today I had a confusing schedule:Sounds like a good work out.
sprint 300 meters, jog 200 meters, sprint 200 meters, walk 100 meters, and then sprint 100 meters. We had to do that four times. julian_jr

im in the military so i do physical exercise monday thru friday.... mostly consists of running or some other cardio exercise combined with pushup and situp repetitions... would like to hit the weights a little harder.borninvincibleNice! What are the regirement to join.

Cool. My freind is a black belt though :oI'm too lazy to workout. I use to only to do push ups, 3 different types of sit ups, and crunches. For about 30 minutes.lancelot200That's a decent workout. You should exercise more often though. Their many benifits.
