I exercise mostly every other day. This is what I do 2 miles running 10 miles biking x5 50 curl ups x5 10 push-ups x5 50 lifts of 20 pound weights And that's it. How do you exercise?

I just do whatever we have to do for track practice whatever day it is. Today I had a confusing schedule:

sprint 300 meters, jog 200 meters, sprint 200 meters, walk 100 meters, and then sprint 100 meters. We had to do that four times.

sprint 300 meters, jog 200 meters, sprint 200 meters, walk 100 meters, and then sprint 100 meters. We had to do that four times. julian_jr

How much do you swim? I'm pretty fast :P And I play Varsity Tennis and run around with kids in my neighborhood. I'll probably start running around the block in the Summer to gain more stamina.

It's more than just legs for track. Haven't you seen how muscular the olympic runners are?

im in the military so i do physical exercise monday thru friday....  mostly consists of running or some other cardio exercise combined with pushup and situp repetitions...  would like to hit the weights a little harder.

That's a decent workout. You should exercise more often though. Their many benifits.

The requirements are quite harder than that, but still fairly easy. 35 push ups in one minute, 47 sit ups in one minute, and 16:36 two mile time.

This is assuming you want to enter when you're ages 17-21 (and a male, which I know you are :P).

Yeah I swim for a club.....we're ranked like 50th something in the nation.....2 hours a day.....unless its a double practice.....then 3 and 1/2 hours a day.
