I currently take a mulit-vitamin every morning (One A Day is the brand) and lift weights every other day. On the days I don't lift I usually do some cardio or ab related workouts.
In high school I used to be pretty active. I was on the weight lifting team for three years in a row (I quit senior year so I could enjoy myself more and pursue other things). I used to drink protein shakes and all that to bulk up and I worked out everyday. I would work out during gym class (we had a weight room and a track) during school, and for about another hour after school (inside the same weight room). Alternating between days I also was big into breakdancing so I had days where I went to the local rec center and used the dance room to practice.Â
Man I miss those days. 4 years of slacking off and college and I got lazy. Trying to get back into shape.
[QUOTE="lancelot200"]My mother makes me take Vitamin C in the morning during Winter. :Phorgen123She should make you take vitamin D. Btw I should do that too Like I said before, I take a mulit-vitamin everday.
[QUOTE="ZeldaRocks9"]i try to take vitamin pills, but it is hard to remember :(dhyce
I have an almost OCD morning routine, so it's carved in my memory to take them.In fact, my memory in general is kind of scary.... I guess that's good but it scares people at times.
if i started to do it for a while i would remember, but since i don't, i can't seem to remember :(f i started to do it for a while i would remember, but since i don't, i can't seem to remember :(ZeldaRocks9
That is certainly a conundrum. You could always leave yourself sticky notes, at the risk of appearing helplessly mad to whomever you share the house with.

Which is arguably a more insane ritual than leaving them up in the first place.
Yes, you would think they would be in the medicine cabinet or even in my bedroom, or in a cupboard of sorts with similar substances. Putting them in a place that seems obviously out of place serves the purpose of taking notice to them and knowing exactly where they are; as opposed to passing them by while browsing through a cupboard.[QUOTE="horgen123"][QUOTE="lancelot200"]My mother makes me take Vitamin C in the morning during Winter. :PworthyofnoteShe should make you take vitamin D. Most places sell a bottle of 100 capsules or so from anywhere of 15 dollars to 40 dollars depending on the brand and the place you would buy it from.

Had an easy workout session today. Did some work earlier today and have my job later so I didn't feel like maxing out. horgen123Work lately has me not wanting to work out at home. I'm always getting a good workout there with all of the lifting and carrying and general manual labor.

well i am working harder and harder in the workouts, and i feel it throughout the week after
I only feel it that long if I do something I haven't done in a long time. But I also guess it has something to do with how much I push myself. :Pwell i am working harder and harder in the workouts, and i feel it throughout the week after

My job isn't like most jobs where the requirement may be that you must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs (or about 23kg in your case). I have to be able to lift 100lbs and up if need be.

And we use no extra help for the little things here. Is it too heavy for you, you ask another person to help you. But that never happens.
