Seeing as though they haven't ported a lot of N64 games to the DS (Only Mario 64 as I'm aware of), I really wouldn't think CV64 would get ported. If you're getting the Wii then you should be able to download it once it gets available for the "Virtual Console"

Yeah,the only other N64 game being ported to the DS is Diddy Kong Racing,but I doubt CV64 will get ported even though I would love to play it.
I agree with Per. I wouldn't doubt that it would come back as a download for the Wii. Although the game (including Legacy of Darkness) got a lot of flack, there is a large loyal following for them, so hopefully we do see something in the future. :) If not, N64's are really cheap on Ebay:P
