It's the prototype, and all prototype figures start as plastic/rubber, lacking most color. Also, they don't fabricate accessories until they perfect the figure itself.

Well, at least he's still got those Conan The Barbarian boots, which seem to go well with loincloths, oddly enough.

Well, what did you expect? his new design is by a Japanese woman, and, well...Most Japanese interperitations of strong men have been very androgenous in recent years. Why that is, I'll never know...

Personally, I think that if they ever revisit the domestic storylines, one of the vampire hunters should have a mohawk. All this long, flowing hair is great, but it might be time for a change of pace. And how about a Belmont woman getting a new storyline? Simon, Soma, Richter, Alucard, John. They're all great, but a woman with a whip just seems right. I can't figure out why, though...

I'm with you on that....except for the Mohawk part.

But I'd love to play as a female character in Castlevania and I also never got to play as Sonia Belmont. There's so many females in the story, but few of them are playable. :(

If they're based on Kojima's artwork I'll probably pick up the Alucard and Dracula figures. Otherwise, I probably won't get any of them.

Woot! The other figures are based on Kojima's artwork. This makes me wonder though if they're basing the Succubus model on the censored version or the original. Common sense tells me yes, but I've seen some things that make said common sense want to hang itself.
