i got it for the virtual console of the Wii.. if you are an old school fan of CV, don`t have the original console (SNES), ahve the Wii, this is a most have..... *tears of emotion*

I've always enjoyed Castlevania IV. It has it's challenging moments, but it's not nearly as hard as III. Good music too.ainge
really?? for me is harder... i guess the jumping thing was not made for me.. so stage 3 is a headache :P
8-way whipping is what made Simon the God of Castlevania. :P
Favorite part is the three bosses before Dracula. Slogra was still an epic challenge back then... harder than Death actually. XD CyberDragon10K
oh..no..no... that i love.. the 8-way whipping.. what i mean is that.. you know that at some points you have to hook ur whip on this stuff to be able to jump.. well... i`m really bad at jumping like that.. :lol: :lol: Scorpinox... u won`t regret it :D:D
The series has always been poplular. I don't too many people remember the first Castlevania, I don't think it was called that until Castlevania II:Simon's Quest. Then it hit a massive Stride with with Castleviania III: Dracula's Curse, and Super Castlevania IV, which introduced the chain whip. and the scaling features of the SNES. And wildly popular. Best of series goes to Symphony, of course. Long quest, new abilities, familiars, and great soundtrack.
I am not sure how the Wii will handle the game, I would have expected a newer castlevania than IV, but kudos to Konami for the shot.
oh ... is the same game.. same graphics... i guess is for ppl like me that had to sell their original CV IV and now want it back.... i do agree with you that they should make a new cv for the wii....(or ps2, ps3.. or any big screen console..) but so far not plans on that.... :(
