Why, this appears to be some excellent fanart of Shanoa and Richter.

Alright, silliness aside, EK2 is an Arcade RPG of sorts, made by Konami. At some point, they decided to collaborate with the Akumujo Dracula (to us not of the land of the rising sun, Castlevania) team and thus, Richter and Shanoa are playable. 

Side note: DXC Richter is apparently canon yesssssssss!

The game looks pretty fun. And while it's an arcade game, they could still port it and bring it over(Hey, a guy can always hope...)
