As Falcon stated the powerstone games are great. Single player is somewhat weak but with friends those games kick @#%.

Soul Calibur is another great game, I have spent many many many hours on that game.

If you like puzzle games there is Sega Swirl and Chu-Chu Rocket.

Chu chu Rocket seems childish at first but when you start playing, especially with friends it is a fast paced fun puzzler.

Skies of Arcadia was a pretty good and unique RPG.
Grandia II was a good RPG and was better than the PS2 version. (though in both the voice acting is a bit annoying)

Another great one is the first Legacy of Kain. If you like 3rd person adventurers.

Many of those games are really great with friends, so make sure you have some jovial (maybe even corpulent) friends around for some maximum fun and cosmic happiness!

...:o

I can recommend a one: Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram to be used as a soul ablution in the quest of cleansing the self of negative things.

And, like with the Saturn, there are a bunch of good Japanese-only games that were made for the DC like Black/Matrix AD, Fushigi Dungeon, Napple Tale, Ikaruga, Radirgy (actually came out recently in February), Sakura Taisen games, and lots more.

I also recommend dressing as a Japanese school girl.  Gets you in the right mood and stuff.

sword of the berserk amorphe

I'm a big fan of the manga.  The game was pretty decent too though.
