its official: psp= BEST HANDHELD OF ALL TIME (please read!)

Here's the story as told by Gamespot:

In meetings with GameSpot, SNK Playmore this morning confirmed that it will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Metal Slug series of 2D shooters with a PSP compilation set for release this fall.

The Metal Slug Collection will include six full games on one UMD: the original Metal Slug, Metal Slug 2, Metal Slug X, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug 4, and Metal Slug 5. SNK Playmore is promising perfect translations of the arcade classics, as well as wireless support for two-player action.

Originally released on the NeoGeo home-and-arcade platform, the run-and-gun action franchise has found its way onto the Sega Saturn, PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. It's no stranger to gaming on the go, either, having received makeovers for mobile phones, the Game Boy Advance, and the NeoGeo Pocket Color.

you need reasons to buy a psp now... although i try not to choose sides, after setting ds down again and deciding to "rebuy" my psp and playing it, i decided that the ds was in fact a piece of ****... ill admit, because its nintendo, its guarnteed to have lots of great titles in the long run, but figuring out how badly nintendo got screwed on this....

So many classics comming to psp now too!: powerstone, capcom collection, Metal slug, and im sure someday, contra will come too ^_^

I love metal slug, and i love my psp but saddly i cannot agree. The GBA SP is the greatest hand held ever in my books. But i'm definitly grabbing these games, there are no questions involved, preorder bonus or not i'm ordering this one.propyro
