A fresh coat of paint (New Union Banner / Tag)

Thought I'd try to make different, higher quality version of the union banner. Also, a new version of the tag I made forever ago, to reflect the name change from Union Leader Council. Enjoy. :D

Looks like the pixels are a little messed up around the text, I could have sworn it was fine last time I checked.... here's a fixed version (I'm really OCD about these things :P).
