DBZ's First Online Game

From what I can tell DBZ's new game is going to be an online rpg game, not unlike the world of warcraft games. It's set to be released later this year.

Dragon Ball Online takes place on Earth, 216 years after the events at the conclusion of the Dragon Ball manga series. A beta testing of Dragon Ball Online was initially announced to begin in South Korea during the summer of 2007 with a Japanese beta to soon follow, but has been delayed and was slated for the second half of 2009. In March 2009, it was announced that TBWA\Korea obtained the marketing rights for Dragon Ball Online and would run a full-scale marketing campaign from April to August 2009.

Series creator Akira Toriyama has a great deal of creative control over the project, both contributing to and supervising the story and art design, including character and location arrangements. It has been stated that Toriyama has been working on character designs for this project for the last five yearswikipedia

i am definitally play this game when it comes out! no matter what the cost! i would choose to be either a saiyan or a namekian!

this game is going to be a huge succes...although i think that the game dosn't look all that great for 2010...

i hope its as good as it sounds! :D

I'd take a DBZ MMO over a Naruto MMO though. (even though the Naruto MMO is bound to have more variety in it.)

I cant believe what I'm reading. :shock: shippuden is good, but I dont think it beats the first of the series. :PSakura01

The first series would have definitely been better if it weren't for the filler.

I was really disappointed when no one died after the Sound Four fights. They made it so dramatic with Choji and Neji and made it look like they were definitely going to die......then when they lived I just felt like it was too corny.

And then there was that deal in Shippuden where [spoiler] pain revived the ENTIRE hidden leaf village........someone needs to stay dead already.....and Jiraiya isn't enough. [/spoiler]

I didn't want Goku to come back to life after the Cell Saga. :| I think the Cell Saga would have been a great ending to the series.

I was so heartbroken at the end of the cell saga when i was a kid. So I stopped watching anything after that for a very long time. I just watched old episodes because I was upset. :P I personally like the way it ended after buu.Sakura01

The Buu saga was one of my favourites...
