Well here we can share our ideas and thoughts.

I have an idea that I think could be pretty fun. Once a week we can tell people to watch a certain dragonball z episode and then we discuss about it. Many of the videos can be found on youtube and if you google in the episode number you can find it that way as well. We can have a vote to see which episode we should watch every week. Let me know you opinions please.

I don't really want to watch Dragonball and GT, Dragonball Z is where it's at. :D

Ok, I've been thinking. If we watched episodes 300 something episodes, and we watch one a week, it will take over five years to finish the entire Dragonball Z Series. We could try it that way or watch a few a week that way it will take not as long. My preferred option is that we vote to see what episode we want. That way we choose what to watch and we can jump around, instead of watching the episodes in order. 

Leader can, promote, demote, add banners avy's to the union, post updates (also offcrs), change settings of the union to allow offcrs to promote/demote/letting recruits make updates etc.

Leaders can also mod posts, Lock threads and sticky threads (also offcrs)

I strongly adivise you get to know the funtions of leader and rules agains power abuse. I've been watching your actions you seem very unknowing of Leader duties.

I feel you are unworthy of the leader title at this moment due to not respecting Leader Rules. I must say Stuffed Monkey should of asked you if you have ever been Leader before, you have lot to learn my friend. You will in time

Me: I've noticed his attitude, but I think he's a good person inside, the power might just be affecting him.

I dont know about me getting promoted, I really want to contribute recruit activity.

swimmer deserves the promotion. And about YSG demotion...I dunno...its your choice

 Yeah I know he's a good person inside, so I may just keep him as a officer and train him and guide him to be a better overall poster and make his attitude more pleasant. Thanks for you thought on it. See you in a day or two.

You were making comments as this one:

"i am here,be careful what you do."

and the "temp leader? call me just leader" thing.

You must not let leadership fool you.

Being leader does not make you more than any other in a union, all are equal, thats the key to a sucsessfull union.
And you must admit the "tool testing" was uncalled for, very abusive to say the least.

May I ask how old are you? YSG you are taking this the wrong way, I am not attacking you, and I and not jelous, I have a union, I'm Co-Leader in another, were pretty sucsessfull, and in case you may not have read all that I posted, Munky offered me an Offcr place and I turned it down.

And I will foward you the actual PM as proof, I'm sorry you dont believe me to the point to call me a jealous liar.

And also note that I'm not saying these things as attacks I'm saying them for the good of this union.

Life is also admitting mistakes....

But I wont further this, I have some good ideas for the union I'll be posting them soon
