i've heard people say they like dw2 and dw3 better BECAUSE they like the voice acting.
knowing that there are people like this there must also be people who like Zhang He. :P
i really didn't mind him previous to dw6. the claws are pretty cool. but with the whole pole arm thing his beauty talk is just a bit too much. i could always think i was playing as a psycho before. now it's like, no, i'm definitely playing as someone who is not straight. and i just can't find any real connection. because i really am a psycho...
a man running around talking fem smack with a pole is a lot different than a man running around with 3 foot knives on his hands - freddy kruger style - saying the same things. in one case he's obviously all about slice and dice. the other he's swinging around a pole.... with a sharp axe like weapon on the end.
Well the Japanese Site didn't help me , But i check the screenshot and unless I'm looking at the wrong thing he still has claws. Besides I've always hated how they portrayed Zhang He in The warrios series.
agreed Voork. i much prefer the ROTK games series with their portrayals. Xu Zhu is another one they screwed up. if you go through the list Koei didn't hold too firmly to Luo Guanzong or any other source for that matter when they created the Avatars for the warriors series.
