Hand to hand dian wei all the way, but with the weapons I think Zhou Yun would eventually win. It might take more than one fight. Dian wei was a tough one.

Well, as a simple matter of balance, when you're holding a staff weapon in one hand, it's best to hold it about halfway down the haft, in which case my point about reach still stands. Of course, Dian Wei would still have an advantage offensively, so I think it's too close to call.
