Depends. Minish cap does suck a bit once you beat Vaati (Oh dam, Spoilers), but Lost Magic isn't all that great either. Personally, you seem to have a bad choice of games there altogether, but i'd prefer Minish Cap for now.

To be totally frank with you i say go with Zelda and Thousand yearr door both classics and besides the new paper mario now dubbed Super PAper MArio: Children of Mana is due for October 9 release so you gotta be ready.
